These terms cover the free Prepared Presence profile. They are meant to be short. How your written responses and any voice note are handled is set out separately in the Privacy Notice.

Confidentiality
Your responses are held in confidence. They are not shared with your employer or with anyone else without your explicit agreement. They are stored and processed only as described in the Privacy Notice. Two limits apply: where disclosure is required by law, and where there is a serious and immediate risk of harm to you or to another person.
Your part in it
What you get out of this depends on what you bring to it. You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes. No particular result is promised or guaranteed.
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls to the courts of Basel-Stadt.
