Intake terms, in plain English
These terms cover the Extended Intake and Secure Delivered Read. They are meant to be short. How your written responses and any voice note are handled is set out separately in the Privacy Notice.

What you're buying
The seven-section written intake — the conversation, the relationship, your patterns, the body, what's at stake, the ground conditions, and what you want — and a structured analysis of your responses, delivered privately to a secure page and downloadable as a PDF.
How your intake is read
Your analysis is generated from your written answers using Claude, an AI system, working to a structured method designed by Matthew Gilsenan. Through 1 September 2026, Matthew reviews the analysis before it is sent. After that date, delivery is automated and it is not read by a coach at this tier. If you want your intake read personally by Matthew, the Expert Review tier includes that.
What this is not
This is a reflective tool, not therapy, counselling, medical treatment, legal advice, or financial advice. It does not diagnose or treat any condition. If something you write about would be better served by clinical care, please seek appropriate support — this is not a substitute for it.
Confidentiality
Your responses are held in confidence. They are not shared with your employer, with whoever is paying, or with anyone else, without your explicit agreement. They are stored and processed only as described in the Privacy Notice. Two limits apply: where disclosure is required by law, and where there is a serious and immediate risk of harm to you or to another person.
Your part in it
What you get out of this depends on what you bring to it. You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes. No particular result is promised or guaranteed.
Delivery and access
Through 1 September 2026, your analysis is reviewed by Matthew Gilsenan before it is sent. You will receive the private link to your secure page within 24 hours of that review. After 1 September 2026, your analysis is delivered to your secure page within 15 minutes of submission. Download the PDF and keep it — it is yours. Your secure page remains available for 90 days from delivery.
Refunds
Before you submit your intake, cancel for a full refund. Once you have submitted it, the fee is not refundable. If something goes wrong on our side — your analysis does not arrive within the stated delivery window, or the secure page fails — tell us and we will fix it or refund you.
Credit toward a program
Your fee is credited in full toward a coaching program within six months of the date of payment.
Starting straight away
By accepting these terms and beginning your intake, you are asking for the service to start immediately, and you accept that once it has been fully performed you no longer have a right to withdraw from it.
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls to the courts of Basel-Stadt.
